Deposit: A deposit of £30.00 per room is required at the time of booking. This is non refundable.

Cancellation Charges: All cancellations must be verified in writing. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of arrival you may be liable for full costs of the reservation. However, should your room(s) be re-let we shall be pleased to refund the applicable portions of the cancellation charges. You can insure against cancellation for reasons beyond your control.

Breakfast: A full Scottish Breakfast is included unless otherwise arranged. If breakfast is inclusive but not taken, credit / refunds are not possible.

Arrival: When possible please notify us of your estimated time of arrival.

Payment: We accept cash, personal cheques (with valid guarantee card to the stated limit), debit cards; MasterCard, Visa and Euro card. We require the name of the cardholder and the expiry date of the card.
